Responsibilities

• Formulate route network development plan according to the company's business strategy development goals and aircraft capacity introduction plan;
• Assist in developing yearly route, frequency & seasonal schedule plan according to Company’s development direction and targets;
• Assist in assessing feasibility for flight changes according to fleet development and adjust network plan accordingly;
• liaise with internal parties for new route launching;
• liaise with internal parties for in-season flight adjustment based on market demand;
• Analyze on various international route planning and relevant marketing strategic;
• To prepare ATLA license application and renewal; and
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team manager.

Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in aviation would be an advantage;
• At least 5 year of working experience, major in aviation would be an advantage;
• Master professional knowledge such as civil aviation policies, aircraft model layout, and endurance of various countries and regions;
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills are required;
• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure; and
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is required as well.
