Responsibilities:

• Verify and approve Accounts Payable transactions; prepare relevant accounting schedules and intercompany current account balances for audit reporting.
• Aid in generating month-end closing reports.
• Assist with year-end annual audit matters and monthly financial packages.
• Support in tax computation preparation and collaborate with tax agents for tax filing completion and addressing tax inquiries from IRD.
• Create manuals, review guidelines, and provide support for accounting systems.
• Assist in any ad hoc assignments and projects as directed by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sizable firm.
• Proficiency in Airlines Finance Accounting operations, encompassing accounting workflows, entries, monitoring, and annual budget preparation (an advantage).
• Extensive background in budget management, including annual budget preparation, budget control, and preparing scheduled budget analysis reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Hold a qualified accounting license will be an advantage.
