Responsibilities
- Perform as a human resources generalist to provide full spectrum of human resources related services to the Engineering & Maintenance Department including but not limited to organization restructure, manpower planning, internal staff movement and appointment, staff mobility, performance management and employee relations aspects to address different business priorities
- Maintain and review office administration operation and procedures in alignment with business needs.
- Manage the team in order to provide excellent secretarial support to the department management
- Keep abreast of the recent development of HR practices, statutory requirements and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Prepare different management reports and HR data analysis
- Support in resolving employee's HR inquiries and cultivate customer-oriented culture
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of human resources generalist experience which gained in sizable organization
- Excellent team management skills to lead the team to achieve operational excellent
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to create strong relationships with line managers
- Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving ability
- Prompt and systematic decision making skills with good analytical skill
- Strong self-motivation, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Mature, responsible, independent with positive and proactive attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
