Role:
You will work in the HR Shared Services section and assist in building credibility through the execution of processes in employee relations (ER) area; You are required to plan and organize various staff activities and campaigns to strengthen staff communication and cooperation within the Company.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing staff welfare and recreational activities and campaigns;
- Assist in coordinating Corporate Social Responsibility programmes;
- Coordinate with different internal staff clubs and committees and provide support for the activities and operations;
- Liaise with the external partners to maintain and develop a comprehensive privilege programme to our staff;
- Maintain an accurate expenses record of ER related function;
- Assist to conduct market research on outside best practice and make recommendations to the management in support of delivering the best ER service; and
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 4 years of work experience in employee relations is preferred
- Experience in event and project management
- Pleasant and passionate about interacting with different level of people
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua
- Candidate with less experience will consider as Officer position
