Responsibilities

• Monitor the activities in airport ramp, fleet movement, baggage transit, cargo tracking, etc
• Ensure duties are performed according to SOP and instructions
• Report ramp incidents and follow up reports
• Conduct spot check on load sheet at aircraft side before flights depart
• Liaises with ground handling agencies(GHA) for special handlings
• Follows up with GHA for reasons and preventive action for delayed departure due to ramp handling irregularities

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent
• Hong Kong Driving License Holder is a plus
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Aviation industry background / experience are great plus
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good numeracy skills and details oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in outdoor & on shift

Less experience / fresh graduate will be consider as Assistant Officer, Ramp Operations
