Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the company’s key products’ life-cycle from development to launch 
• Coordinate internally with different teams to project objectives and to ensure deadlines are met
• Identify & incorporate VOC (voice of the customer) into the products
• Prepare and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test) on new or enhanced products
• Develop various quality assurance scenarios to experiment on the products
• Prepare product specification and operational manuals for all users
• Responsible for the product’s sales analysis and making sales reports accordingly to review performance and develop incentive programs in time to enhance it
• Communicate, negotiate and manage the relationship with the company’s business partners to establish product schedules and identify quality control issues
• Implement new technology set forth by the company in order to cope with the company’s growth

Requirements

• MBA/ Post graduate/University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism related areas
• Minimum 3 year(s) Product Development/ Sales and marketing / E-commerce experience
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline or Tourism Related industry
• Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for figures
• Have strong negotiation skills and fluency in English , Cantonese & Mandarin
• Able to communicate across cultures and work confidently at all levels within the organization
