About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Change Manager to work within our Transformation Office.
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, this role will support the role out of unified processes and systems across Scope.
The Change Manager is responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for employees, clients, and stakeholders onto the new system.
Your Key Focus
- Support current change management capability and refine common change management practices to service and support the successful delivery of projects
- Develop executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to change management functions
- Develop and implement adoption strategies of new systems and processes
- Coach and advise Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team on how to lead people through change
- Facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder engagement and develop and implement change management plans
What We Look For
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement
- Understanding of Prosci’s ADKAR model and proven experience on its use
- Experience in setting up change resistant strategies
- Demonstrated experience in applying an agile and human-centred approach to designing and delivery change
- Strong online and in-person workshop facilitation skills, with creative approaches to engage diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organisational Development, HR, Communication, Psychology or a related field OR certification on Human Centred Design and/ or Agile Change Leadership
