Coordinator – Supported Independent Living - Sixth Street, Parkdale 

We are seeking a Coordinator – Sixth Street, Parkdale Supported Independent Living on a Full-Time Fixed Term (from 11 July 2025 to 24 January 2026) basis.

About the Role:

• Full-time Fixed-term contract from 11 July 2025 to 24 January 2026.
• Demonstrated experience in Mental Health and/or Behaviours of Concern are essential to successfully supporting the customers who live in this home
• Demonstrated confidence and resilience in working with people with complex needs
• Be an advocate for the people we support, families/carers and other key stakeholders through establishing rapport and understanding
• Strong communication and leadership skills to deliver guidance to a team of passionate Disability Support Workers
• Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement to support the purpose and vision that are important to the successful operation of Scope's values
• Previous experience in leadership/management within the disability sector is desirable
