About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Casual Workforce Scheduler to work within our Workforce Management Operations Team.

In this role, you will work closely with relevant stakeholders to effectively manage the day-today operational rosters, including planning for leave and filling of shifts, to support Scope to mobilise a skilled and capable workforce.

Your Key Focus

  • Engage with stakeholders to support Service Delivery to manage operational staffing replacement in alignment with relevant legal, regulatory, industry and process requirements
  • Translate master roster/s into efficient, effective and compliant operational rosters
  • Work collaboratively to implement the advance shift filling process to achieve coverage of staff vacancies analyse the environment to identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability or workforce management practices
