About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Training and Knowledge Specialist to join our One Stack Program. 

The Training and Knowledge Specialist is responsible for equipping end users with the skills and knowledge required to confidently and effectively use client management systems. This role ensures the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support system adoption and long-term capability.

Your Key Focus

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for end users of client management systems, tailored to various user roles and capabilities.
  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference tools, and other learning artefacts.
  • Conduct training sessions in various formats (in-person, virtual, on-demand) to support initial rollout and ongoing upskilling.
  • Maintain and regularly update knowledge articles and the user knowledge base to reflect system enhancements, process changes, and common user queries.

What We Look For

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.
  • Formal training in instructional design or adult learning principles is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in delivering end-user training, preferably within system implementations or digital transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience developing training materials, user guides, and knowledge base content for business systems.
