About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Fundraising and Philanthropy Manager to work within our Marketing Division.
This role is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and strategic direction for Scope’s fundraising and philanthropy program.
Your Key Focus
You will lead a team of fundraising professionals to operate best practice fundraising initiatives that identify, cultivate, solicit grant funders and corporate partners to provide increased long-term funding capacity for Scope.
You will:
- Ensure the strategy is supported by an implantation plan
- Develop an effective prospect pipeline and donor management system to effectively steward donors according to their interest and giving motivations
- Manage the Philanthropy program’s budget setting, forecasting and review
- Lead and support a team to develop and manage a portfolio of regular givers, major donors and philanthropic funders to meet and exceed revenue targets
What We Look For
- A strong and innovative leadership approach
- Demonstrated experience working in a high-performing fundraising team in a large organisation, including specific corporate fundraising experience
- Experience in Salesforce or other large CRM system
- Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credentials highly regarded
- Ability to engage with peers in sophisticated large organisations
