A Home Care Sales Team Leader lead our Support at Home Sales team, ensuring exceptional client service and seamless onboarding. This role is pivotal in guiding families through the process of accessing home care services, fostering a collaborative team culture, and driving performance in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely responses and accurate client records.

  • Oversee client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with established processes.

  • Lead, mentor, and support staff through coaching, training, and performance management.

  • Manage staff rostering, payroll, and leave applications to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and generate reports on trends.

  • Facilitate smooth client onboarding, ensuring assessments are comprehensive and risk factors are addressed.

  • Collaborate across departments to enhance workflow and client outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales, customer service, or call centre experience in a regulated environment.

  • Strong leadership skills, managing and developing small to medium-sized teams.

  • Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to clients and families.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, complaint resolution, and decision-making abilities.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
