The Joondalup Health Campus (JHC) is currently seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and motivated person to the position of Manager Safety, Quality and Clinical Governance.
The successful candidate will manage the JHC clinical governance systems and processes. This includes leading the patient safety, clinical quality and continuous improvement activities. You will also be responsible for planning and directing audit/reviews of JHC clinical activities/systems to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
Essential Selection Criteria
- Relevant registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working at senior management level within health care industry.
- Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a clinical services team providing strong strategic direction and positive leadership.
- Demonstrated high level understanding and considerable experience in clinical governance system management (i.e. risk, patient safety and quality systems, accountability structures).
- Sound knowledge of external assessment and accreditation processes.
- Experience of clinical service review, audit and evaluation techniques and principles.
- Current knowledge of legislative obligations for equal opportunity, disability services and occupational health and safety, and how these impact on employment and service delivery.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
