We are looking for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager for our Rehabilitation Ward
Full Time & Part Time Opportunity available
About the Role
You will support the NUM in the efficient management of staff and resources within the Rehabilitation ward ensuring achievement of excellence in care delivery in line with policies and procedures, best practice and legislative requirements.
You will also provide leadership and support to all staff to ensure positive patient outcomes are achieved in line with departmental and Hospital strategic objectives.
About You
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA
- Ideally ward in charge, senior RN ready to taking on a leadership role
- Advanced Clinical Practice in a high acuity setting
- Experience within relevant speciality
- Demonstrated clinical leadership and change management skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and grow a positive culture
- Ability to plan and achieve clinical learning outcomes for individual and in a team
environment - Knowledge and involvement in the Continuous Improvement Process
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Desirable
- Post graduate studies in a clinical specialty or working towards same
- Sound Computer skills in MS Office programs including Excel
Remuneration:
On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
