What you’ll do  

Join our experienced QLD Pharmacy team at St Andrews Private Hospital! This is an advanced Cancer Care position that will allow you to practice at full scope to provide comprehensive medication management for patients receiving cancer treatments. 

  • Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization. 
  • Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations. 
  • Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings. 

  

What you’ll bring  

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA 
  • High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.   
  • You are team-oriented, enjoy collaboration and passionate about providing specialised patient care. 
  • Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care and the ability to perform aseptic complex compounding is highly regarded.   

 

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:  

  • Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases  
  • A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
