What is the role?

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team. Based in Port Hedland, the Logistics Administrator will provide crucial day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth coordination of freight movements, compliance documentation, and communication within Qube Bulk.

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role suited to someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and process logistics documentation, including load sheets, delivery dockets, consignment notes, and manifests
• Liaise with drivers, site personnel, clients, and operations teams to coordinate transport schedules
• Ensure accurate data entry into relevant systems for tracking and compliance reporting
• Monitor freight movements and assist in resolving delivery or scheduling issues
• Support compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and other transport regulations
• Assist in generating operational reports as required
• Contribute to general office duties and administrative support for site operations


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain administration
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation handling
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with transport or ERP systems is an advantage
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support both office and field-based teams

Desirable Qualifications
• Certificate IV in Business Administration, Compliance, WHS, or related discipline
• Understanding of ISO standards and compliance framework
