Active Green Services are seeking a committed and passionate Consulting Arborist to join the team in Sydney. We work with our clients in the local government and commercial sectors, promoting urban greening and tree preservation through arboricultural assessments, works innovation and supervision, tree data collection, root mapping, council projects and GIS systems.

About the role:

You will be working with clients and experienced team members who are leading arborists, ecologists, and environmental scientists.

You will have outstanding relationship, communication, and reporting skills with the desire to deliver exceptional service to our clients.  Ideally, you will have experience with technical report writing, geographic information systems and data collection.

 What you will bring to the role:

• Cert V or above in Arboriculture or equivalent experience with allied qualifications.
• Experience in Tree Identification.
• Tree Risk assessment qualifications and knowledge including risk amelioration.
• Technical Data and Report Writing Skills.
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• A mature outlook and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel for short periods.
• A current and unrestricted drivers’ licence
