Milestones Early Learning Westbrook is offering a Lead Educator role for a dynamic Lead Educator, including a sign-on bonus of $500 with an additional $800 at your 6-month probation.

About the Centre:
Set in the heart of a growing community just outside Toowoomba, Milestones Westbrook is a welcoming and vibrant centre where children aged 0–5 can feel right at home. Our passionate educators are here to support your little one through each stage of their early learning journey - creating a nurturing space where curiosity, confidence, and joy flourish.
With thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning zones, including a large playground, every day is an opportunity for children to explore, play, and discover. Our onsite chef prepares fresh, healthy meals daily, keeping little bodies nourished and ready for big adventures.

About you:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
