What You’ll Do:

• Inspire a lifelong love of learning in children with a curriculum that blends play-based and intentional teaching
• Receive support and training to guide children’s behaviors
• Create child-led programs that celebrate each child's individuality
• Collaborate with the educational team and center management to meet and exceed National Quality Standards

About You:

• Experience as an ECT (highly desirable)
• Previous experience in the Early Childhood industry
• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Relevant teachers’ registration (NESA)
• Current Working with Children Check
