About the Centre:

Our warm, dedicated team loves nurturing children's development, following Australia's Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which includes STEM and literacy opportunities. With engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces, including a large playground, we maintain strong connections with local schools and community groups. We offer fresh, healthy meals prepared onsite. With a government-approved kindergarten program, the safety and security of the children in our care is our biggest priority.

About the Role

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
• Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

 About You

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Relevant teachers’ registration (VIT)
• Experience in Early Childhood Education 
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds

Our educators and teachers are trained and accredited in the Lifelong Learning Curriculum which is Australia’s most advanced approach to early education for children from birth to age five. It is based on the belief that learning and development occurs most successfully when supported by nurturing and engaged educators, in partnership with families and communities.  This curriculum draws on the best models of early education, contemporary research and evidence informed practices such as Circle of Security, Abecedarian, and Project Based learning.
