We are looking for a dedicated Educator, offering casual positions with flexible shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

About the Centre

We are a 104-place service with 6 learning environments separated into 3 key age groups. We are tucked away in the small tight knit estate of Seaside Fern Bay which allows for meaningful relationships and connections with our local community. We pride ourselves on providing meaningful play-based programs through the Life-long learning approach, placing children at the core of our planning as capable, competent, and creative individuals who have a right and are encouraged to contribute to their own learning. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a close team that prides itself on professional relationships and guidance ensuring that all educators have access to equal opportunities and professional development.

The Role

• Support educators across different rooms at the centre
• Engage with children, families and team members
• Assist with daily centre practices
• Support educators with children's learning and documentation

You already have:

• Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)
• Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
• A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience in a long day care service
