Join our Redbank Plains Team as our Educational Leader and Events Planner
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who wants to join us as our Educational Leader. We are looking ideally for someone available 5 days a week. This will be a non-contact / contact role, 2-3 days off the floor, with the rest of your time in a float position, coaching, mentoring, and working closely with the team. This role also enables you to assist with the planning of service events within the community

About the Centre:
Located at 382 Redbank Plains Road, just across from Redbank Town Square, Kids Academy Redbank Plains offers quality early education and care for children aged six weeks to five years. We’re open Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for your child to grow and thrive.
Our passionate and experienced educators are committed to nurturing each child’s unique learning journey through our exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum — a play-based, research-driven program that supports development in communication, creativity, confidence, and wellbeing.

About you:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
