We are looking for a dedicated Educator, offering casual positions with flexible shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

About the Centre

We are an EXCEEDING service located in Oran Park with 134 places. We have 7 rooms and two purpose-built outdoor play areas - one of which is fitted with a water park for play-based learning. We are a team-oriented centre that values collaboration and teamwork! We enjoy developing meaningful relationships and connections with our local communities. Our team prides itself with providing meaningful play-based programs through the Life-long learning approach, placing children at the core of our planning as capable, competent, and creative individuals. We have an educational leader who supports all educators and provide access to equal opportunities and professional development to all our staff.

The Role

• Support educators across different rooms at the centre
• Engage with children, families and team members
• Assist with daily centre practices
• Support educators with children's learning and documentation

You already have:

• Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)
• Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
• A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience in a long day care service
