About the Centre:

Situated at Brisbane's DFO, on The Boulevard and open from 6.30 am - 6.30 pm, Milestones North Brisbane is an 80-place service that caters to children 0-5years.  Rated Meeting and offering a Kindergarten-approved program, our dedicated team of educators are passionate about early childhood education and committed to giving every child the very best start in life.

Each day is filled with opportunities for fun, learning, and discovery. From exploring our engaging outdoor play areas to participating in exciting incursions with local emergency services, children thrive in our vibrant learning community. Our veggie garden and worm farm also provide hands-on sustainability experiences that children love.

About the Role

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children’s Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
