Milestones Early Learning Roma, Campus 2, are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindy program. You will be working alongside a secondary ECT within a supportive and diverse team that values collaboration and innovation. Our program provides children with meaningful connections to nature and hands-on learning experiences.

What we are looking for:

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• 10 % workers retention payment for all employees 
• Relevant teachers’ registration (if applicable)
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
• A love for creating engaging, child-led programs
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment

About the Centre:

At Milestones Roma - Senior Campus, we specialise in early education and care for children aged 3-5, creating a safe and inspiring environment where preschoolers can build the skills and confidence they need for a smooth start to school.

Our caring team of experienced educators is passionate about supporting each child’s unique learning journey through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and strong emotional connections. With spacious indoor and outdoor environments designed to spark curiosity and creativity, children are free to explore, imagine, and thrive.

About the Role

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
• Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
