We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator for both our Centres Situated in sunny Townsville, our centres offer PPT and casual roles in services that foster a positive team culture and supportive leadership teams. About the Centre:

Milestones Early Learning Bushland Beach and Deeragun Centres are a trusted early learning centre in Townsville’s northern suburbs, where children aged 0–5 are supported to grow, explore, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Our passionate team of educators is dedicated to creating a calm, welcoming space where every child feels seen, supported, and excited to learn.

Each day at our centre is filled with play-based learning opportunities - from exploring our large outdoor playground to engaging in hands-on discovery in our thoughtfully designed indoor spaces. Our healthy, delicious meals are freshly prepared onsite to keep little learners fueled and ready for fun.

 

About you: 

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
  • A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
