Join our beautiful and well-established Milestones Early Learning Forest Lakes Centre as we seek an experienced and inspiring ECT/Educational Leader to work alongside a long-standing and highly supportive team of educators. As a second ECT in our Centre, you will play a key role in leading curriculum development and supporting best practices. About you:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current teacher registration (where applicable)
• In-depth knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and best pedagogical practice

• A passion for creating rich, inclusive and engaging learning environments

About the Role

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
• Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Relevant teachers’ registration (if applicable)
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
