About the Centre:

  • Milestones Meridan Plains is a nurturing, supportive childcare centre with a focus on child safety, development, and strong community connections. It offers lovely outdoor environments and a warm team culture. We use Storypark for updates, and safety supervision is a top priority. The centre supports ongoing training and development for leadership roles to ensure high-quality childcare.

    For this ACM role, the ability to support both educational leadership and operational and safety supervisor functions is crucial, aligning with the centre's goals of providing a caring, high-quality learning environment for children and families.​

About the Role

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children’s Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
