About the Centre – Little Flippers Kindergarten

Exceeding‑rated, vibrant, play‑based, and packed with fresh meals, dynamic learning spaces, and a team who lives and breathes the Lifelong Learning Curriculum. We nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence—every day from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day centre operations, compliance, and financial targets.
• Build strong community relationships and boost occupancy with your marketing flair.
• Inspire and mentor your team to Meet/Exceed NQS (we love an overachiever).

What You Bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
• Strong Centre Manager experience
• WWCC (current and ready to go)
• A passion for quality, safety, and smashing goals
