About the Role

  • Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the centre(s) in line with Affinity policies and compliance requirements
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider community
  • Use your marketing strengths to strategically increase centre occupancy
  • Mentor and support your team to meet—or exceed—the National Quality Standards

About You

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA‑approved equivalent
  • Proven success in a Centre Manager role
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Strong capability in meeting targets and ensuring compliance and safety standards
