About the Centre

Milestones Eatons Hill is a warm, welcoming centre located in a lovely, family‑friendly suburb. Our service is surrounded by beautiful green spaces and is conveniently positioned close to shops, cafés, parks, and essential local amenities. With public transport just a short walk away, the centre is easily accessible for both families and educators.

About the Role

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the centre(s) in line with Affinity policies and compliance requirements
• Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider community
• Use your marketing strengths to strategically increase centre occupancy
• Mentor and support your team to meet—or exceed—the National Quality Standards

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA‑approved equivalent
• Proven success in a Centre Manager role
• Current Working With Children Check
• Strong capability in meeting targets and ensuring compliance and safety standards
