About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will:

• Lead and inspire your room team to deliver high‑quality early learning experiences
• Create engaging, play‑based learning environments aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Mentor educators and contribute to a positive, collaborative centre culture
• Support the service in meeting and exceeding the National Quality Standards

About You

You will bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
• Strong experience in a Lead Educator role or readiness to step into leadership
• A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
• A genuine passion for nurturing children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
