About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

  • Inspire, motivate, and lead a team of educators within the Kindy room
  • Foster a lifelong love of learning through child‑led enquiries, strong community connections, and meaningful transitions to local primary schools
  • Design, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs tailored to each child’s interests, strengths, and development
  • Support the centre to Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards
  • Create a warm, inclusive learning environment where every child feels confident and capable

About You

You will bring:

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA‑approved equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teachers’ registration (where applicable)
  • A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylaxis) or willingness to obtain
  • A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting children to thrive
