We are excited to offer a wonderful full-time opportunity for a passionate and supportive Assistant Centre Manager who loves building connections, nurturing teams, and leading with heart. Working alongside the Centre Manager, you will play a meaningful role in guiding educators, partnering with families, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our centre.

About Milestones Hillcrest

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will:

  • Support the daily operations of the centre alongside the Centre Manager
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
  • Build meaningful and lasting relationships with families and the local community
  • Support quality outcomes by mentoring educators to Meet and Exceed the National Quality Standards
  • Contribute to engagement and occupancy growth through thoughtful communication and community connection

About You

You are someone who leads with kindness and confidence and brings:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Leadership experience within early childhood (Assistant or Centre Manager experience preferred)
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Confidence in supporting compliance, quality, and operational goals
  • A genuine passion for supporting educators and creating positive outcomes for children and families
