Working as an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring customers are billed accurately and on time. You will be part of a supportive team that keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes; spotting and fixing data issues, liaising across teams, and ensuring the billing process runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing;

  • Data Detective: Review, investigate, and resolve data issues that prevent bills from being created.
  • Problem Solver: Use system tools to identify and correct unusual or missing data, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate and Connect: Work with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues and ensure accounts are up to date.
  • Accuracy Champion: Double-check account data and make adjustments to enable smooth billing processes.

What You’ll Bring;

  • Eye for Detail: You love spotting errors and following structured processes to get things right the first time.
  • System Savvy: Confident working across computer systems and juggling multiple screens without breaking a sweat.
  • Team Player: You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly when following up or resolving issues.
  • Billing Know-How (Nice to Have): Experience in billing, utilities, or administration is a bonus – but not essential. We will teach you the rest.
