THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the end-to-end mobilisation process for shutdowns, projects, and site-specific operations across our Northwest division.
Working closely with Labour Resource Coordinators and Project Managers, you will ensure personnel are site-ready and compliant with both Duratec and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of workers to and from client sites
- Book flights, accommodation, medicals, inductions, and training
- Ensure all personnel meet site entry requirements
- Maintain accurate training records and mobilisation rosters
- Maintain systems like ERMS, SuccessFactors, Workflow, and ideally Avetta, Pegasus, and OPMS
- Support continuous improvement of mobilisation processes and compliance
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a mobilisation or logistics role (preferred)
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to build and foster effective working relationships
- Experience using mobilisation or planning software
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
