    The Assistant Director, Instructional Assessment provides leadership and institutional oversight for the effective, College-wide implementation of assessment processes for student learning. This position leads and manages program- and course-level assessment activities; ensures the timely collection, organization, and documentation of student learning outcomes information; and supports evidence-based improvement efforts. Collaborates with faculty, department leads, and academic leadership to promote consistent assessment practices, continuous improvement, and compliance with accreditation-related assessment requirements.
