This role supports faculty and staff across multiple campuses and employment classifications. The incumbent supports payroll and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions, ensures accurate enrollment, regulatory compliance, system integrity, vendor coordination, and employee education across a broad portfolio of benefit offerings, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and voluntary benefits. The position collaborates cross-functionally to resolve complex benefits-related issues and supports Human Resources (HR) strategic initiatives.
