      This position plays a critical role in the comprehensive administration, compliance oversight, and operational execution of employee benefit programs. This role supports faculty and staff across multiple campuses and employment classifications. The incumbent supports payroll and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions, ensures accurate enrollment, regulatory compliance, system integrity, vendor coordination, and employee education across a broad portfolio of benefit offerings, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and voluntary benefits. The position collaborates cross-functionally to resolve complex benefits-related issues and supports Human Resources (HR) strategic initiatives.

    • Supplemental Instruction Specialist I in Northeast Campus

      This role will provide front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the College. The incumbent is responsible for cross-training in multiple areas and will be able to assist with clerical, customer service, learning lab, library, and other professional duties throughout the Learning Commons.

    • Specialist II, Learning Commons - Writing Center in Southeast Campus

      Reporting to the assigned campus leader, this role provides front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the TCC Learning Commons. This position is expected to have a high level of department and programs specific knowledge The position requires collaboration across multiple divisions, campuses, and levels of the institution.

      This role supports the administration, maintenance, and integration of Tarrant County College’s (TCC) cloud computing and enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), and Amazon Web Services (AWS)) and virtualization technologies. The position assists with deploying and managing applications in the cloud and maintaining physical and virtual servers and desktops. Works with network, security, and application teams to help ensure systems are reliable, issues are addressed promptly, and services meet user needs.
