The position produces instructional and promotional videos at the campus level using digital media and functions as a liaison to faculty, staff, and students with technology needs. The position troubleshoots and repairs technology equipment, as well as installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to microcomputer hardware and software systems and provides technical assistance/training to system users.
