Working Title:  Athletic Student Assistant
Job Summary: Student employees play a critical role in the success of the Athletics Department. These positions offer hands-on experience in collegiate athletics and help ensure that events run smoothly, safely, and professionally. Students work in a variety of areas, including Game Operations, Marketing/Ticketing, and Athletic Communications.

Game Operations
Students working in Game Operations are responsible for the physical setup and breakdown of athletic facilities and assisting with the execution of game day logistics. Roles may include:

Facility Set-Up and Clean-Up
Court Sweeper
Ushers and Greeters
Ticket Scanners
Visiting Team Host
Official/Referee Host
Ball Retrievers

These team members help create a safe and organized environment for players, coaches, officials, and fans.

Students supporting the Marketing and Ticketing teams focus on fan engagement and providing quality service to spectators. Responsibilities may include:

FLSA: Non-Exempt
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must be a student enrolled for credit. Applicants may be a student at UWF or any other college, university or high school. A student enrolled at an institution other than UWF must provide proof of attendance by submitting a registration/fee payment receipt from the school they will attend.
Position Qualifications: - Must display tactfulness in dealing with the public and be able to do so without supervision.

Preferred Qualifications A driver license is required to drive departmental golf carts and van for on campus errands.
