We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Change Partner to join our People Strategy, Projects & Change team on 12-month fixed-term (full-time) contract.

About the role:
Reporting to the Change Lead, you will provide collaborative and proactive Change Management expertise supporting management and staff across our various operational divisions.

Your specific subject matter expertise will enable you to lead or significantly influence strategies, programs and projects pertaining to change throughout the organisation. Your ability to effectively identify risks, opportunities and trends, analyse them, articulate actions and communicate those will be pivotal to your success. About you:

To be considered, you will have:
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Design or Social Sciences
• Demonstrable depth in leading and using ADKAR change frameworks and initiatives in a highly dispersed and diverse workforce
• Demonstrable ability to pragmatically apply knowledge of contemporary change strategies and practices, project management; a proven appetite for continued development of skill and expertise in such arenas
• Current Australian driver’s licence and commitment to occasional travel
• Proven problem-solver and sponsor of innovative and continuous improvement
• Well-developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experience
• Sound understanding of the principles of change management, project management and organisational development
• Further relevant qualifications, such as in data and analytics, project management, strategy, or organisational psychology - desirable
• Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values.
