Your Role:

As the new Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you will support the Talent Acquisition Team by utilising our database and systems to attract top candidates in line with strategic goals, while managing related administrative tasks.

Your role will be crucial in helping the team identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates for various roles across BaptistCare's business streams.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a HR Administrator or Recruitment Resourcer.
• Experience using applicant tracking or talent management software such as PageUp, Seek Employer, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
• Strong aptitude for ATS systems configuration and implementation.
• Good working knowledge and aptitude for talent pooling candidates.
• High initiative and excellent time management skills.
• High level written and verbal communication skills, professional telephone manner.
• Accurate typing skills, high attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License and commitment to occasional travel including inter-state.
• Commitment to and alignment with BaptistCare’s purpose, vision, and values.
