About the role

BaptistCare Warena Centre is recruiting for permanent part time, dedicated Carers. As a Care Service Employees you'll to get to know your residents by supporting their choices, preferences and needs during your shifts.

Duties may include

• Assistance with a wide range of person centred care in accordance with care plans
• Assistance with medication
• Simple wound dressing
• Assistance with activities under supervision
• Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

 We have a range of AM & PM shifts available on weekdays – 48 hours per fortnight

Skills and Experience

• You have obtained Certificate III in Individual Support (Essential)
• OR Currently completing a Bachelor of Nursing Degree
• A born listener, you’re genuinely caring to know and understand people
• Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
• You rally your team, even on challenging days to problem solve, connect and overcome
