About the role:

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to support learning and development across our residential aged care facilities. In this role, you’ll deliver and coordinate staff education to ensure compliance with BaptistCare’s policies and aged care standards, while supporting high-quality care outcomes.

Working closely with the Residential Care Manager, clinical leads, and the broader Clinical Governance team, you will assess training needs, deliver mandatory and role-specific education, support induction processes, and help maintain accurate records within our Learning Management System. You’ll also contribute to quality and improvement initiatives and participate in the development of training resources.

About you:

You are a Registered Nurse with at least three years of experience in residential aged care or acute care, bringing a strong clinical background and a passion for developing others. You’ve delivered training sessions either formally or through leadership roles and are confident engaging with a range of staff across different levels.

Organised and adaptable, you can manage multiple training needs while ensuring quality and compliance. You work well with clinical and operational teams to align training with service goals and quality standards. Your communication style is professional and inclusive, helping create a supportive learning environment.

Ideally, you hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and have experience developing or customising education content. You understand the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and are committed to continuous improvement.
