About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and organised Social Club Activities Officer to join our team in Kellyville. In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver engaging activity programs that support the wellbeing, independence, and social connection of our Social Support clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality group activities and outings
• Build genuine relationships with clients and their families
• Tailor care plans and activities to individual needs and preferences
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with aged care standards

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or relevant experience in activity coordination
• Current Driver’s Licence and First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A heart for service and alignment with BaptistCare’s values
