About the Role:
We have two exciting opportunities for Commercial Managers to join our rapidly growing organisation on a permanent full-time basis. As the primary commercial advisor and strategic finance business partner for one of BaptistCare’s key business streams (BaptistCare at Home or Retirement Living), you will:
• Provide strategic counsel and oversight to the stream leadership team, enhancing the commercial effectiveness of operations.
• Offer robust analytical insights into the performance of your business stream, leveraging industry-specific experience.
• Drive and shape performance results using financial data and benchmarks.
• Assist in reviewing investment opportunities as BaptistCare expands its service delivery across NSW, ACT, and WA.

About You:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
• Degree in business, commerce, finance, or related field.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial analyst/management role, preferably in aged care/retirement living, or similar sectors.
• Advanced communication skills to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for financial analysis, and highlighting actionable insights, troubleshooting and cost-benefit analysis.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong skills in financial modelling and analysis, identifying key metrics and trends.
