About the Role:
As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for partnering with people living in BaptistCare Residential Aged Care Homes by creating, planning, implementing, and evaluating a diverse leisure and lifestyle program. You will use your creative skills and innovation to deliver meaningful and engaging activities, tailored to an individual’s life experiences, goals and preferences. You will support and lead a team as together you seek to deliver the best outcomes for those living in our communities.
You'll have the chance to work across our vibrant aged care home Durham Green Village located in the heart of Menangle’s charming town centre and caters to residents who need some additional support with everyday tasks, while maintaining some independence.
The position will benefit from the extensive resources and support available within the organisation, ensuring that you have access to the necessary tools and assistance to excel in your role.
About You:
- Certificate 4 in Leisure and Health or related qualification
- Current Driver’s license
- Previous experience working in the Aged Care sector
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of current Aged Care Quality Standards
