Admin Officer/Coordinator

About the Role:

As an Admin Officer/Coordinator, you'll be part of a team, supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. You’ll be dedicated to your administration tasks, and in all that you do, you will add to the loving care that empowers our residents to live well. A key focus of this role will be on rostering and workforce management, ensuring that our team is well-coordinated and supported.

About the Team:

Wyee is a picturesque town in the Lake Macquarie region of New South Wales, surrounded by lakes, close to beaches and near the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway. Bethshan Gardens consists of 137 beds.

About You:

To be considered, you will have:

- Proven admin experience, ideally in aged care

- Strong communication, time management, and IT skills

- Experience in rostering and workforce management

- Desirable: qualifications in business admin
