About the role:

Baptistcare Griffith Centre is a residential aged care facility seeking an Enrolled Nurses to join a friendly, supportive team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the role focuses on delivering person-centered care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing, and collaborating with families and the multidisciplinary team.

• Provide clinical interventions and support within enrolled nurse scope.
• Ensure resident care plans meet changing needs and preferences, including cultural and spiritual considerations.
• Promote resident choice, independence, and meaningful daily activities.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health; maintain accurate documentation.
• Support infection control, medication administration, and workplace safety.
• Guide Care Partners and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.
• Contribute to care plan reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with Accreditation and AN-ACC standards.
• Undertake ongoing professional development as required by AHPRA.

About you:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, and AN-ACC.
• Proficiency in relevant IT applications.
