About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and capable Casual Registered Nurse to support residents at The Gracewood Centre with high‑quality clinical care. You’ll respond to changes in resident wellbeing, provide guidance to care staff, and help create a safe, supportive environment where residents feel valued and understood. This casual role offers flexibility while still giving you the chance to make a meaningful difference every shift.
About the Team
You’ll be part of a warm, collaborative team at The Gracewood Centre, our vibrant residential aged care home nestled within The Gracewood Community in Kellyville. The Centre is known for its welcoming atmosphere, strong sense of connection, and commitment to creating a place residents truly feel at home.

About You
To be successful, you will have:

Minimum two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care
-
Current AHPRA registration
-
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
-
Experience supervising or guiding care teams
-
Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Availability to work PM and night shifts
