As the Senior Technical Business Analyst in our Integration team, you'll be the subject matter expert as well as a trusted analyst. In this role you will get into the detail of how a solution meets business needs and will articulate the complex rules around it, working across challenging and exciting environments in our Global Project Management and Engineering Supply area.

Day to day:

 

  • Facilitate business requirements gathering / user story mapping
  • Analyse business requirements, management systems, process performance, and technical solutions
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders
  • Defining detailed product requirement documents and definitions that promote scalability, smart practices, and an intuitive platform
  • Documenting requirements by studying business functions, gathering information from users, and evaluating output
  • Working with engineers, solution architects and test teams to develop, test and implement platform features and bug fixes
  • Identifying key business/system processes, business rules, functional & non-functional requirements
  • Assisting with the configuration and development of system enhancements and innovation

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

 

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years technical business analysis
  • API Integration experience
  • Atlassian Suite: Confluence, JIRA experience
  • Agile software development methodology experience
  • Experience working with external vendors and suppliers
  • End to end understanding of development processes
  • Travel industry domain experience
